Bright ruby red. Conquering elegance, pleasant tannins, refined in aromas, mineral, with discreet spicy notes and long finish. Ripe fruits – cherries and sweet plums, spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, elegant, harmonious, multilayered and complex. Maceration at low temperature for 48 hours followed by fermentation, partly in stainless steel tanks, partly in large Slovenian oak barrels. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
