The rums of Barbados are not obsolete; those in Trinidad are aged for 2-3 years, and those in Jamaica are basically unripe rum, with an addition of rum of 10 years. Each of these regions borrows a little of its specificity of the assortment. Color: Colorless. Bouquet: Discrete notes of coffee, honey, vanilla , brown sugar, coconut and cloves.
