Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry

Plantation Xaymaca is a rum that will impress you deeply. It brings to the surface the Jamaican style; designed according to a recipe for distilling in clay pots, preserved from the 19th century. Black banana and flambé pineapple are presentsin the composition of rum; a combinestion locally called ‘Hogo’, an anglicisation of the French term ‘Haut Gout’ (refined taste). Plantation Xaymaca is a fine drink that evokes the name given to the island where it was conceived by its first inhabitants, Arawaks. Xaymaca is an excellent rum to be tasted and is recommended dry with an ice cube and a drop of water. Color: Amber golden. Bouquet: Complex, slightly smoky, with a fruity core, of herbs and acidic notes; followed by vanilla, fried banana, bitter orange and ripe pineapple. Taste: Dry, with a floral and fruity profile of rose water. It also has notes of banana, apricot, pineapple, cashew and ginger; but also shades of sweet coconut, spices and nuts.
