Obtained from carefully selected grapes, which go through two stages of fermentation. The first fermentation of the wine is the basic one, followed by the second fermentation which takes place in bottles, on yeast, for two years, without adding sugar.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Bouquet: Aromatic bouquet with notes of fruit.
Taste: Mineral and slightly acidic, complemented by notes of fruit. Light and fine.
