Proper No Twelve

To find the perfect place to produce a successful Irish Whiskey, Conor McGregor looked for people who have a passion for love for Ireland and its Whiskey. The place found to produce the Proper Twelve brand is in one of the oldest Irish distilleries, here Conor and Master Blender and united the vision, thus going through numerous attempts and tests in their journey to find that Irish Whiskey with sweet taste and fine in which we find aromas of vanilla, honey and wood. In the production process the chosen barley is of the best quality, obtaining during the fermentation an alcoholic concentration of 8% vol.alc. (as of an Irish beer), that later the result to be used to the classic Irish method, which is based on triple distillation in obtaining whiskey. The full and unique character of the Irish is given especially by the rigorous selection of malts that are kept in Bourbon barrels and are reached full maturity to be blended.
