Cuvée Bianco Frizzante IGT Marca Trevigiana from Villa Sandi consists of Glera, the typical grape variety for Prosecco from the Veneto region, and Pinot Bianco.
In the Vento region, we discover a native vine belonging to an international “player” of French origin. A fact that is reflected in the style of creating sparkling wine. The grapes were grown in separate vineyards in Treviso and vinified in stainless steel tanks, before being expertly blended.
This Frizzante is a particularly diverse blend composed of Pinot Bianco and Glera varieties.
Color: bright, fresh green-yellow. The perlage is fine, with a smell of fresh and sweet apples.
Bouquet: The aroma of apples is supported by the aroma of ripe lemon.
Taste: The acidity of the sparkling wine is fresh and astringent.
Food pairings: well with appetizers, desserts and Asian food.
