A prosecco produced 100% from the Glera grape variety, cultivated in the Venice region of Italy, and aged by the Charmat method. The nose is floral and fruity. The smell of rose petals is intense. The taste is distinguished by a perfect balance between acidity and strength. The predominant flavors are those of pears, green apples, citrus and honey. It is recommended to consume it at a temperatureof about 6-8 degrees Celsius, as an appetizer, or in the company of light, Mediterranean, seafood dishes cheese or Whitemeat.
