Out of a desire to create an XO assortment that reproduces the elegance, extravagance and superiority of brandy from Grande Champagne, André Giraud creates Rémy Martin XO, a blend with excellent aging potential, obtained from over three hundred eaux-de-vie that they come exclusively from my famous areas of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne (85%) and Petite Champagne (15%). Each selected grape was aged between 10 and 37 years, the long time being an ally of the developsent of the captivating aromas of plum and orange peel, which gives a complex and nuanced personality to the blend. To fully enjoy the opulence of this XO assortment, enjoy it simply, at room temperature or with ice, but necessarily in the gift glasses that accompany the bottle Tasting notes: Smell: Expressive bouquet, which combiness the freshness of late summer fruit with raisins and jasmine floral scent. Taste: Intense aromas of well-ripened plums and glazed orange peel, to which are added fine shades of hazelnuts and a touch of cinnamon. Finish: Long, velvety, slightly woody. Color: Amber.
