Rum & Cane Merchants Asia Pacific XO is a combinestion of rum produced in Indonesia and Fiji, processed from mesala and distilled with columns, then aged in bourbon barrels. A concept made with rum over several years, which manages to captures through the vibration, style and terroir specific to the region, creating vibrant and extremely delicious rum. Bouquet: intense aromas of baked banana, notes of tropical fruits and oak. They envelop the senses, both olfactory and gustatory. Fruits ripened in fermentation developsa small acidity and even a touch of olives. The hints of vanilla diffuse its sweet scent. Taste: The profile remains warm and full, driven by caramel and vanilla that constantly surrounds the fruit. The texture is round and then fluidizes easily. The finish retains the most loaded aromas of ripe exotic fruits and olives.
