Dark ruby red. The taste is marked by the perfect balance between fructose, acidity and tannins. It is pronounced, intense, with aromas of ripe red fruits and secondary notes of bitter cherries, rose, red orange and licorice. Fermented and macerated for about 3 weeks followed by maturation in oak for 30 months.
