Cricova delights us with a fresh and elegant sparkling wine – Cricova Sparkling Traminer – obtained by the Charmat method. Displays an inviting bouquet and a fine, persistent pearl. Made from Traminer grapes harvested from selected vineyards in Moldova.
Color: straw yellow, with golden glitter.
Bouquet: a predominantly floral bouquet, where it stands out delicate notes of jasmine, acacia flowers and yeast accents.
Taste: sweet aromas of White flowers and rose petals, which last until the aftertaste.
Food pairings: culinary, the wine goes well with fish dishes, cream cheeses or desserts. Ideally served as an appetizer.
