Fresh, lively, exuberant, with an overflowing aroma of green apples, melon, lemon and peach. After a few minutes in the glass, notes of jasmine and gardenia, lime peel and grapefruit emerge. Very dry, it flutters and sings on the palate with a springy acidity and tantalizing notes of calca. Excellent! With aging potential of 3-4 years.
Grape: 55% Garganega, 45% Chardonnay
Bouquet: white flowers, jasmine, citrus (grapefruit, orange), pineapple, apple, pear, mango and light notes of banana
Taste: fresh and pleasant, with sustained acidity. The intensity of the flavors and the well-balanced softness make the wine both inviting and stunningly appetizing.
