The Kurayoshi Tottori Bourbon Barrel can be considered a tribute to the Kurayoshi brand for the region where the distillery has been located since 1910 – the Tattori region. This blend combiness malt whiskey and cereals brought from Scotland, but also malt and cereal whiskey from Japan, being reduced to the desired alcoholic concentration with the help of water filtered naturally through volcanic rock. The result is matured for 3 years in former bourbon barrels, which influences the character of the expression, developsng shades reminiscent of pure American taste. The Kurayoshi Tottori Bourbon Barrel boasts a complex aromatic palette and can be enjoyed either dry or on ice, but is responsible for fabulous aromatic tones and in cocktails.
