Principele Radu is a noble Merlot, produced in a limited edition, which perfectly reflects the typicality of the variety and which displays a particular intensity, structure and character, elegantly revealed after aeration. To open its bouquet, this wine needs a little time (approx. 2h), the assortment delivers a truly splendid, concentrated and velvety aromatic palette.
Colour: Ruby red.
Bouquet :Rich nuances of red fruits, especially sour Cherries, bitter Cherries and Blackberries. Complemented by a dash of pepper and resin accents.
Taste: Intense aromas of red fruits, black fruits, cocoa and vanilla, perfectly harmonized.
Culinary combinations: Serve with mature cheeses or raw-dried sausages.
