Tohani Valahorum Paolo Mennini.
With vineyards spread over seven hills, the Tohani estate benefits from an excellent climate and a generous south-easterly orientation. Which gives the grapes an extra 14 days of sun exposure per year. 365 hectares cultivated along the 45 degree parallel enjoy the Mediterranean microclimate, which ensures the Aromatic and Chromatic intensity of Tohani wines.
A dry wine named after Paolo Mennini, an Italian from Tuscany with an impressive story. A foreigner in love with Romania, Paolo found his second home in the wine-growing area of Drăgășani. The grapes were selected from the only plot 1.7 ha with Negru de Drăgășani planted in 2009, harvested by hand in boxes and sorted rigorously.
Colour: Red, dense, with slight ruby sparkles.
Bouquet: Pure and natural aromas of berries, Blackberries and cherries.
Taste: Forest fruits return to the palate, covered by strong, well-integrated oak and dense, velvety tannins with hints of chocolate. The aftertaste is long , dry and slightly earthy.
Culinary combinations: One that brings presence to a table with well-stirred dishes of red meat. Duck, Mushrooms, Truffles and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 15 – 17°C.

Negru de Dragasani de la Valahorum are un gust deosebit. Nu sunt foarte multe vinuri care au acelasi gust intens … de Negru de Dragasani
