Productio: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 8 months.
Color: Intense red, with very beautiful violet notes.
Bouquet: Really intense aromas. Reminiscent of fruit jam, black currants, cherries, mulberry, cocoa and licorice.
Taste: Round, smooth taste with fruity notes and an aromatic taste.
