Vat 69 Blended Scotch Whisky

VAT 69 is a refined, light blend that can be enjoyed at will. The well-known whiskey was the choice of the explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, in the 1914 TransAtlantic expedition, but also the favorite drink of Captain Luis Nixton and the soldiers of the 506th Parachute Regiment who fought decisively in World War II. As well as the recipe for obtaining this mixture, the specific glass keeps a special history. The packaging with an elongated neck is the same since 1882. The prescription for obtaining this whiskey was modified several times until it acquired the characteristics that made it famous. The color copper is the first detail that attracts and the rich texture is the aspect that completes a special visual picture. Obtained from over 40 cereal malts, it retains a natural and rich aroma. The distracting notes are the masculine oak woods combinesd with delicate shades of fresh grass. The elegant taste is complemented by the delicate tones of fresh fruit.
