Domaine Vincent Careme Vouvray Brut

Vincent Carême Vouvray Brut is a natural dry sparkling wine created using only natural grape sugars. No sugar is added at any stage of the process. Despite this, there is little residual sugar left in the wine (even if it qualifies for the Gross nomenclature), which is balanced by a beautiful acidity that passes through each mouth. The vine gives this wine a fruity character and has very fine bubbles. As with all Vouvray wines, it is made from Chenin Blanc. This is a delicious sparkling wine with complexity and finesse.
