Whitley Neill Parma Violet is an English gin produced in a pure English style but with a touch of Italian inspiration. The manufacturing process is a traditional one. All the ingredients are passed through the hands of those who produce gin because industrial technology does not reconcile with the “handcrafted” concept adopted by Whitley Neill. New ingredients make their own contribution to the creation of a gin that is an inspiration to others. Juniper, coriander seeds, angelica, sweet oranges and lemon are just some of these ingredients. The flavors it leaves soaked in gin are intense, vibrant. Gin can be eaten simply with ice, but it would be a shame not to use it as a base for various cocktails.
