Xavier Alexandre Cuvée Rubis Premier Cru Brut Rosé is part of the collection of the Xavier Alexandre Champagne House. The Xavier Alexandre Champagne House was founded in Courmas in 1933. Here the passion for viticulture was passed from father to son. Sustainably grown vineyards are largely planted with Pinot Meunier (60%). They cover seven hectares on the surface of 10 villages in the Marne, west of the Montagne de Reims. The special climatic conditions make the grapes of exceptional quality. From the very beginning, the Alexandre family focused on quality, producing champagnes that are the authentic expression of the terroir from which they come. Variety: 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier , 30% Chardonnay – selected grapes. Color: intense pink with brick reflections. Bouquet: elegant, with red fruit scent, especially raspberries and light woody notes. Taste: very fresh and elegant, with unctuous attack, typical citrus acidity; balanced, with persistent end.
