Sarica Niculitel
Sarica Niculitel means the millennial tradition, blessed by the sun that embraces the hills of Sarica and Niculitel and comforted by the cool proximity of the Danube. It is the oldest vineyard in Dobrogea. Even if the way of selecting the grapes, their introduction into the winery and the traditional methods, which are thousands of years old, have been preserved, the new winemaking technologies are masterfully handled by internationally renowned oenologists.
