Endorphine 2018 is a dry red wine with medium body, blend produced from Syrah 10%, Merlot 30% and Feteasca Black 60% . The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of September – beginning of October 2018. Feteasca Black and Syrah varieties were vinified together, swept for 12 months in Romanian oak barrels. The Merlot variety is vinified individually, and it is vinified in new Romanian oak barrels. The mixture is made in November 2019, before bottling. Color : ruby. Bouquet: vanilla and red fruit. Taste: velvety tannins, fruity and easy to drink. Culinary combinations: baked meat, cheese, pasta or desserts Serving temperature 14 – 16 ° C
