Dark ruby ​​color, nose with intense complex bouquet, aroma of violets, licorice and red fruits. Rich spicy palatine, delicate, velvety tannins, with fine granulation, slightly high acidity. Intense aromas of apricots are beautifully mixed with sweet red fruits, spices and long finish. Culinary combinations: beef or pork, roast lamb / food, spicy meat, spicy poultry. Serve at 18-19CA decant with min. 30 minutes before consumption. Aging potential: 10 years.
