Aligotes, Domains Panciu Royal Vineyard Limited EditionA variety originating from Burgundy (France) brought 100 years ago on Romanian vineyards. Aligote Domeniile Panciu is produced from grapes on a plot of 2 ha, which is almost 50 years old, refurbished in 2009. Due to this fact, we managed to obtain a well-pronounced varietal character. Tasting notes:  The wine has a straw yellow color with aromas of wildflowers, lime and freshly mown hay. In taste, the high acidity is well balanced by the unctuousness and the typical mineral notes for this variety. Long, fruity and mineral aftertaste. Gastronomic recommendations: Easy to combines with seafood dishes, grilled mackerel, Edam cheese, candied duckslegs and spicy oriental sauces. From desserts it can best be paired with lemon tart.
