Champagne Alira is produced in France (Champagne region) by J. de Telmont. One of the most prestigious Champagne Houses. Their products have become the expression of excellence in the world of “champagne” so that together with Alira they decided to produce a special, complex, elegant and hard to forget sparkling wine.
The product is made by the Champenoise method from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Color: Pale yellow, with small and fine bubbles.
Bouquet: Notes of peaches, freshly baked bread and lime.
Taste: The toast and brioche notes give it character while the apple taste that gives it freshness. A well balanced champagne. With a medium body and medium alcohol.
Food pairings: champagne does not always need food, as it provides a taste show itself. Perfectly associated with appetizers, uncooked cheeses and seafood or even oysters. Perfect pairing are the French pink vanilla biscuits invented by Maison Fossier.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8° C.
