Color: Ruby with garnet reflexes.
Bouquet: Sweet cherry, dried leaves, chocolate, linden tree flowers, vanilla.
Taste: Intense cooked fruit notes, chocolate, baked peaches, wood, black tea and even olives. Well-balanced tannins.
Food pairings: Being an elegant Merlot with spice-flavored appetizers and a sweet aftertaste, it fits with juicy meat-based dishes with discrete flavors (rabbit, veal).
