The name Alira is a marriage between the names of the towns Aliman and Rasova. Where the vineyards are located and where the wine is born.
This assemblage from Fetească Black, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is a mastery exercise of Alira oenologists. The bet is to create a more expressive wine than any of the components. The result is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant intensity. With strong aromas of ripe red fruits and fine notes of dry wood and leaves.
Color: Deep ruby with violet reflexes.

Taste: Chocolate, candied fruit and white pepper.
Food pairings: The versatile notes of this wine offer a wide range of associations, the most suitable ones being beef. It is recommended for cooked beef in wine sauce, meatballs, but also roast, as spicy as possible.
