Taste: The characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon are very well represented in this wine: green bell peppers, well-ripened sour cherries and plums. The ripe tannins are long and intense, complex sustained by a high acidity. The aftertaste dominated by green pepper mixed with black chocolate and espresso coffee.
