Ruby-red, with bluish hues. Although it is young, the wine has an elegant and energetic appearance, with a delicate and fine aftertaste. Intense and impressive aromas of red fruits, which highlight the hints of cherries, accentuated by fresh impressions of pepper and herbs. The must is fermented for about 9 days and stored until mid-February in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is kept in the cellar for another 2 months, before being launched on the market.
