Pale yellow with greenish reflections, the pearl is fine and continuous. We find the same flavors, complemented by the creamy texture and the crunchy sensation. Pronounced intensity, with notes of ripe fruit, meringue, aromas of confectionery and candied citrus. Bellavista has at its disposal every year of production 120 basic wines to which are added at least 20 selections from previous years. For Alma Gran Cuvée, the producer uses at least 75 of them with the mention that the ‘reserve’ wines dominate the final character of the wine. For this Gran Cuvée, at least 35% of the wines that the producer has available for assembly are aged in small Whiteoak barrels that are at least 35 years old.
