Intense ruby red. Full-bodied and silky, balanced by good acidity, with excellent tannins and persistent finish. Elegant, intense and seductive bouquet with accents of red currants, blueberries and cherries and with specific notes of vanilla. The most ripe bunches are picked by hand and left to dry from early October to January at controlled temperatureand humidity. Fermentation 40 days at low temperature. Maturation 2 years “barriques” and large oak barrels, 6 months in glass.
