ARUM – Tamaioasa Romanian – Domains TOHANI Vin sweet WhiteA blend from three different harvest years ’73 – ’85 – 2010. It is presentsd with a golden color in the glass. Bright and dense. The smell is full of aromas, which define the Romanian Incense variety. Orange blossom and ripe grapes, dried figs, pollen and tender sensations of acacia honey, where it joins the notes of Botrytis, specific to very late harvests. In taste it is sweet and structured, with citrus grapefruit seeds. The silky and warm sensations are elegantly aligned on the taste buds, capturing all the attention in the direction of quince jam and raisins. It is sweet, but the acidity balances the sensations without letting the wine become harmful. We recommend a serving temperatureof 12 degrees C that highlights the elegant character of the wine along with puff pastry desserts with citrus jams.
