Astoria Prosecco Gaggiandre Doc Treviso Biologico is a dry sparkling prosecco with very fine and persistent pearl. It is produced from the Glera grape variety from the vineyards of the privileged Cartizze area by the Sylvoz growing technique. Pearl: very fine and continuous. Color : soft yellow straw. Bouquet: elegant, fruity and floral. Taste: distinctive, pleasant and harmonious. Vineyards are located on the hills of Treviso, facing east-west, with about 3,500 vines per hectare, aged about 15 years. Cultivated using strictly organic methods, with an average production of 4 kg of grapes per stem (130-140 liters per hectare). . The primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, at 18 ° C, with yeasts selected for the production of organic wine. The new wine, thus obtained, is kept on the “noble yeasts” for a month, then it is filtered and poured into autoclaves where it becomes sparkling. The second fermentation process takes place at 18 ° C, for 15-20 days, with selected yeasts. Another yeast refining process follows for another 5-10 days. After bottling, the wine is left to rest in the bottlefor a few weeks.
