Produced in a limited batch, being the result of the best grapes of exceptional years. The soul means the sensitivity and passion of the oenologist Aurelia Visinescu, transposed into wine. It means getting involved with the mind, body and soul, discovering and celebrating a lush taste, full of surprises.
Colour: Dark red, bright
Bouquet: Intense aromas of ripe blackcurrants, prunes , vanilla notes.
Taste: Fine tannins and vanilla notes from the Romanian oak barrels. The finish is long with notes of coffee and cinnamon.
Culinary combinations: Appetizers such as: charcuterie, stuffed mushrooms, asparagus but also a good match for main dishes with pork, lamb, beef or duck.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
