It means getting involved with the mind, body and soul, discovering and celebrating a lush taste, full of surprises.
Color: Dark red with purple hues.
Bouquet: Ripe cherries, raspberries and tobacco notes.
Taste: The taste is supple, with matured tannins, velvety taste. Matured tannins and well-integrated oak make this wine firm but supple.
Culinary combinations: Best served with appetizers such as: charcuterie, stuffed mushrooms, asparagus but also a good match for main dishes with pork, lamb, beef or duck.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
