After assembling the two Chardonnays, the tank fermented and the partially barrel fermented, malolactic fermentation and batonisation follows for 6 months in barrel and aging in glass for at least 6 months.

The Letea Princeps horses collection, obtained from grapes from the best plantations, vinified and patiently aged in top quality wooden barrels, represents the top of the range of the Letea horses brand. There are now 3 limited edition white wines with very good aging potential.
