Triple distilled and aged in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry barrels for 10 years, this single malt has a more intense flavor than other Irish whiskey varieties. Its texture is creamy and the taste is built around the malt aroma. The bouquet is a complex one, well balanced, fragrant and sophisticated. Color: light gold. Bouquet: intense notes of ripe fruit, caramel , almonds and vanilla. Taste: Intense aromas of caramel, ripe pears, vanilla, almonds, raisins and spices. With a drop of water, the notes soften a little more. Finish: Medium, with wood accents.
