General Comments: Byzantino is one of the three wines used today by most Orthodox churches. from Greece. Red and sweet, and with a very low degree of alcohol , it fully covers and satisfies the needs of any Orthodox priest. Byzantine is used by many Orthodox churches in Greece and other Orthodox countries. Features: Byzantine is a wine produced for use by the Orthodox Church. Considering the unfavorable combinestion for priests in the long term between starch and acid, the need was created to produce a special church wine, which should contain as low acidity values as possible and thus be ideal for long-term use. This wine contains a low degree of alcohol , so that the priests have no problem after consuming the Holy Gifts, and at the same time has a high content of natural sugars. In this way, the wine remains sweet even after dilution. Byzantine wine contains only natural sugars. This can be easily verified in any oenological laboratory. n Oenological characteristics: Alcohol: 9% vol Packaging: 750 ml
