Cantine Bove Fiori Chiari Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo.

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC is a refreshing and full-bodied rosé wine (Rosato) made from Montepulciano grapes so this wine can be extremely characteristic.

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC is named after the very brief contact that exists between the grape skins and the must (cirasce: local dialect for cherry) which indeed produces a distinct, light, cherry-colored hue.

Colour: Pale salmon pink.

Bouquet: Subtle Cherries, Strawberries and roses. Pleasant, fine vinous, fruity, fine and intense.

Taste: Dry, soft, Harmonious and delicate taste with an aftertaste of almonds.
