Bouquet: Fruity, with aromas of peach, acacia and very ripe citrus
Taste: The body is round, full, with a balanced acidity, which leaves the impression of fresh. The fruity taste evokes nectarines. Later notes of acacia flowers and honey appear.
Food pairings: Seafood, fish, risotto, pasta with white sauces or poultry dishes.
