A Grand Vin de Bordeaux. APPEARANCE: Intense ruby red color with maroon accents. SMELL: Seductive, strong fruity, pleasant woody and very persistent. Semi-soft and soft cheeses (Gorgonzola, Brie, or after the typical Swiss cheese from raclette) are a good ‘partner’, especially garnished with dried fruit and cashews. TEMP.
