Maison Baron Gaston Legrand belongs to the Lhéraud family, which works wonders for Armagnac and Cognac. Lhéraud is one of the few distilleries that produces cognacs using a mixture of three varieties of vine. . The vine varieties cultivated by Lhéraud are Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard; The last two varieties have been grown more predominantly in the past, but have become susceptible to various vine diseases and, over time, have been replaced by Ugni Blanc. A cognac of great refinement and nobility, a pleasure trip to a forgotten corner of Petit Champagne where a master blender blends with notes of vanilla, with the scent of lyre, oak tannin and berries raisins, with noble wines and for decades. Color: intense amber color Bouquet: tobacco, nuts Taste: sweet aromas of vanilla, burnt sugar cream, spices and walnuts Culinary combinations: it is a drink meant to be served as a digestive temperatureto serve: 20º- 25ºC
