Rodinò means “red” in Greek, a neo-Greek dialect spoken in the historical region of Salento called Salento Greece. This is the name chosen by Conti Zecca for the company’s latest addition, a 100% Primitivo. This magnificent wine is produced from grapes from precious primitive di manduria clones, now grown in accordance with sustainable agricultural practices. The first harvest available is the one from 2014, which has only a small production of 4,000 bottle, all numbered by hand. So, an exclusive limited edition wine, with extraordinary vinification characteristics. An eclectic, elegant, balanced wine, never trivial, which also knows how to be versatile. Color: intense red. Bouquet: Rodinò brings with it a large and complex bouquet of ripe red fruits. Taste: highlights balsamic plum fruit, soft tannins and persistent finish complete the work. Culinary associations: Can be easily combinesd with a variety of dishes, from appetizers to grilled meats to soft cream and cherry sweets.
