Corcova Chardonnay

Corcova Vineyard is located in the southwestern part of Romania, in Mehedinți County; Oltenia and includes 55 hectares on which traditional varieties of the place have been replanted; included in the authorized varieties DOC Mehedinți-Corcova: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir; Feteasca Black, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a new variety, Syrah. Color: Pleasant and inviting golden yellow, with a very good clarity , as if announcing the elegant character Bouquet: It presents a complex bouquet of fruit aromas (golden apples, ripe pears and apricots) and subtle woody, topped with vanilla, muffins and butter. Taste: It has a balanced and round taste, full-bodied, good acidity Culinary combinations: It is elegantly associated with low-fat fish, baked chicken and pasta with Whitesauces.
