Fine Pearl, a well-integrated acidity and power, with aromas of yellow apples, lemons or honey intensifying on the palate level.
Colour: Straw yellow canary.
Bouquet: Fruity, vegetable, integrated alcohol; intensive aromas of yeast, acacia flowers, lime or bee nectar.
Taste: medium-bodied, well-balanced, mineral, with the fruity notes of green apricots and white grapefruit predominating.
Food pairings: To be enjoyed with selected desserts (apples in dough or puff pastry). Together with roses or chopped walnuts.
