Craggy Range Te Muna Pinot Noir is made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes from the upper terrace of the vineyard. They are fermented with native yeast, producing a wine with a silky layered texture, offering interest and complexity. Color: light red with bright iridescence. Bouquet: aromas of black cherries, wild forest herbs and notes of oak. Taste: aromas of black cherries and ripe red fruits. The end of the wine is long and delicate. Craggy Range is a family winery founded in 1998 and located in the shadow of the spectacular Te Mata peak in the premium wine area of Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Craggy Range produces a collection of iconic wines from several regions of New Zealand. Owner Terry Peabody and his family pursued the unique viticultural approach to winemaking, planting in green fields, ensuring a focus on quality from the beginning.
