Crama Aramic Chardonnay

On the hills of Silagiului, in the Banat region, vines have been cultivated since long ago. The climatic conditions and the relief of the area is ideal for the cultivation of vines and noble grape varieties; including Feteasca White and Muscat Ottonel, Merlot and Feteasca Black. Iron-rich red soils are ideal for red grape varieties, and the sun casts its ideal light on the hills where the vineyards are located; so that the wines of the Aramic winery are perfected down to the smallest detail. Aramic Chardonnay is a dry Whitewine; made from the Chardonnay grape variety, as the name suggests. This variety needs calcareous soils, which we also find in the Silagiu region and is appreciated for its distinct and fine aroma. Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: aromas of toast with butter and melon so that light vanilla and cloves appear after aeration. Taste : elegant with notes of candied apricots and Whitepeaches; the end being a long and extremely complex one. Culinary associations: We recommend serving the wine at a temperaturenext to salmon dishes; butterfish, seafood, sushi, pasta and salads. Serving temperature 10 – 12 ° C
