Crama Ceptura Cervus Cepturum Cabernet Sauvignon

The first batch of wine from Ceptura Winery was offered to the public in 2005; a year after the winery was built in Ceptura, surrounded by Dealu Mare vineyards in Prahova County. The rich soil and the sun that generously beats 14 extra days each year, offer healthy grapes of Romanian varieties and varieties originating in Western Europe. The soil and weather conditions in Dealu Mare are similar to those in the French region of Bordeaux. The Ceptura winery has its own bottling line, glass storage spaces, oak cellars and barrels for the maturation of complex wines from monosoys and blends. Color: Intense ruby ​​red with shades of purple. The taste is vigorous, spicy, with notes of ripe fruit, chocolate, vanilla and raisins. The soft tannins emphasize its roundness and softness until long after the long-lasting taste. n Serving temperature 16 – 18 ° C
