Ferdi Winery is a boutique-premium winery that offers the wine lover the privilege of tasting a wine made exclusively by hand and in very limited editions. The vinification system is a long-term one, considering that red wines are matured, from one to two years, in American, French and Romanian oak barrels, renewed every three to four years. Ferdi Winery wines are distinguished by naturalness, consistency, acidity and elegance. The use of the traditional method of making wine results in a balanced and refined range of wines. The only semi-sweet wine of the Ferdi Winery is a blend of Feteasca Black and Cabernet Sauvignon. By combinesng the two varieties, of course, a premium wine was obtained, which lacks neither the body nor the color well outlined by Cabernet, but also the perfect taste of the berries specific to Fetești Negre. The 24 months spent in the barrel successfully crown the quality of this wine. Royal blue is the color of the wax cap with the cellar seal.
