The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir outlines a velvety sparkling wine, with fine and persistent pearls. The grapes that make up the assortment are carefully selected and peeled before being subjected to vinification procedures.
Processed in compliance with the classical French method in the famous Cricova wine cellars, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and subject to a maturation of at least 9 months.
Color: Straw yellow with green tones.
Bouquet: green apples, quince, orange peel.
Taste: expressive, we believe saw.
